The future princess Meghan Markle allegedly applied to be a part of the talk show hosted by Wendy Williams.
The host sat down with actress AnnaLynne McCord on Wendy Williams show on Wednesday where they discussed former Suits actress’ brief guest-starring role on the CW’s 2008 series “90210.” While confessing that she didn’t work with Price Harry’s bride-to-be, Williams revealed a new information about Markle that surprised the audience.
“She applied for a job here too, yeah,” the host said. “Random princess.”
The 53-year-old Williams revealed more detail about Markle’s past TV show history and her plans for working at “Wendy” back in December.
Williams said, “I respect Meghan Markle’s hustle and I respect her game. However, she’s a bit of a wild card, you know, because she goes from being the ‘Deal or No Deal’ girl, so this is a girl looking for game.”
She continued, “And remember the story here at Wendy. She came here to Wendy to find out what she could do here. She’s been here, she’s been in our building, we have her DNA.”
Actress McCord explained that Markle guest starred on the “Beverly Hills, 90210” which is the sequel series in which a high school girl named Wendy was having an affair with McCord’s television lover Ethan, and was caught in the act by Shenae Grimes, a former co-star who portrayed Annie.
The actress jokingly said, “She was cheating with my man. Shenae [Grimes]’s character, Annie, sees him in the car and she’s like, ‘Hi,’ and Meghan’s head comes up. I was like, get it, girl! I love it.”
The actress said that she told Dustin Milligan, her co-star who played her TV boyfriend Ethan, that he was royal by “three degrees of separation.”
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are all set to tie the knot on May 19.
