Teresa is reliving the memories and shared the photograph with her family after the deportation of her husband got denied by the ICE. “Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos,” Teresa, 46, captioned a sweet throwback photo of her daughters Gabriella now 15, Audriana, 10, and Milania, 14, cuddling up to Joe, 46, showing off their painted eggs. Her daughter Gia is not in the photograph but this photograph showed that she is sad about the fact. Her followers also wished well to her.
“God is good Trea, you’re an excellent parent, and so is Joe. That will never change,” one fan wrote. “Praying for you all Teresa that he gets to come home to you and all your girls,” wrote a follower. This was assumed that her husband will get back home but all hopes died when ICE denied the appeal.
“We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal,” James J. Leonard Jr., the Giudice family attorney, tells PEOPLE in a statement.
“We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.” Her husband always lived in the United States but was not able to gain the permanent citizenship of The U.S. and immigrants are subjected to deport if they are found to be involved in “a crime of moral turpitude” or an “aggravated felony,” according to U.S. law.
Husband and wife both are accused of hiding their wealth from the government and were also involved in the bankruptcy case. Teresa also went to jail and had to stay there for around 11 months.
