On Wednesday morning, the Navy SEAL is asked to appear before the Navy leaders. With this all, it is expected that the Navy can oust him from its elite commando force.

It was expected that this move will now put the SEAL commander, Rear Adm. Collin Green, and it may lead to the direct conflict with President Trump. Earlier during the last week, it was seen that President Trump cleared the sailor of any judicial punishment in the war crime case.

After that step, many military leaders opposed these actions and asked about the reason to pardons two soldiers who all are involved in murder cases.

How will the proceedings start on Wednesday?

Well, as per some source, it is said that Navy officials had planned to start the proceedings by taking away the Chief Gallagher’s Trident Pin. This pin is considered to be the symbol of membership in the elite force SEALs.

But to do that, they need to get clearance from the White House, but till now, they got no answer on it. As of now, Admiral Green now has reached the authorization to start proceedings to act against Chief Gallagher. With this all, it serves as the formal letter, which helps in notifying the chief of the action and how the admiral has drafted it.

As per the rules and regulations, it was seen that a SEAL’s Trident could be taken off if a commander loses the faith and confidence in the service. It also states that the person loses its judgment, power, reliability, and personal conduct as well.

If this happens, then the person will not go down in his rank, but the person can no longer serve in SEALs. Till now, about 154 Tridents has been removed starting from 2011.
